  Staff are great especially after hours I hear that the store manager is a bit of a dumb dick which is probably although the staff are still good the system does not work so well

  Someone needs firing here. Whether it's the management for poor staff handling or what I don't know. I asked for an egg muffin. It came with bacon in it which I took a mouthful of, once I realised I instantly wanted to be sick. The toilets weren't even open and were closed off as they were broken, which I'm pretty sure is illegal for an eatery. It's not a case of my not liking bacon it's my belief!! I don't force my belief on anyone, I quietly do what I need to, to have this forced upon me has left me feeling emotional, I left virtually crying. Get some pride about your job. The man after me also said he had asked for no egg as his wife was allergic and she got egg!! Yes u r just McDonald's but get some pride or get another job. Disgraceful.

  Good sincere service from employee. They didn't have bottled water like we requested so we change our drink order and got an upgrade to large for no charge. He was also apologetic when handing the order over. Great service!!
